Ekokook by Faltazi, cooking reduces waste

In a purely environmental and specifically in facilitating the movements of waste sorting in the place of production, namely the kitchen, that the experimental Ekokook has emerged within the design studio Nantes Faltazi.
Recognizing
that the principal place of production of domestic waste was the
kitchen, the project is based on 4 pillars: waste management, healthy
cooking, reducing energy consumption and intelligent storage, all built
